Any product found to be faulty as a result of manufacture can be returned for a full refund or credit (including shipping costs) or exchanged for a new item. This does not include natural wear and accidental damage to a piece of jewellery.
In the unlikely event that there is a defect in your item(s) we will fix or replace them at any time.
We’ll resize your ring for no extra charge till we get it exactly right.
When ordering, please provide your finger size in the space provided. You can also enter "sizer" in the Finger Size field and we'll send you a free finger sizer tool.
Although we'll size your ring for you at no cost, you will need to cover any freight costs. And we’d rather get right first time for you!
Alternatively, you can go to a jewellers and get your finger sized. We can work with any sizing system - UK letters or US numbers.
If you lose or break an earring we will match it up for you for the price of the single earring, just get in touch with the team to get started.
If your earrings are a bit worse for wear from being well loved and in need of some TLC, send them on back and we’ll tidy them up for just the cost of freight.
If it is breaks we fix it, if it isn't what you expected we exchange or refund it, if it gets lost in the post we send you another one.
You can return any order within 60 days for an exchange or a refund, with no reason required (although we will still ask for one so that we can do better next time!).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
When approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Jewellery orders are wrapped in tissue and recycled honeycomb wrap. All paper and card used in our packaging is recyclable material. Any bubble wrap we do use is re-used and recyclable as soft plastics.
We can send gifts straight to the lucky recipient with no additional charge. We'll package up your jewellery, lovingly gift wrap it and add a StoneArrow card with your message.
To add gift wrapping all you need to do is enter a gift message on your shopping basket and we'll take care of the rest. If you have multiple items and would like them wrapped separately, please let us know.
Don't worry, we'll make sure to leave the receipt out of the delivery.
90% of orders are shipped on an overnight courier on the same day. All orders are processed within 1-2 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You’ll receive another notification with your tracking info when it’s been picked up by the courier.
Shipping rates (including eligibility for free shipping) are calculated on the checkout page once any discounts are applied.

Special orders such as sized rings may take longer.
For domestic orders, we use an overnight courier (generally two days).
For international orders, we use NZ Post International Airmail (targeted at ten days but can take up to three weeks). A faster international courier option is also available.
